Dan Burkhardt, Marketing Vice President of Flock Web social browser announced yesterday, that they have come up with their second beta version for Flock 2.
“Everybody loves the latest improvements Mozilla’s Firefox 3 technology: much improved performance, tighter security and improved usability. However, what if you could have all of those great features AND all of the award-winning innovations that Flock offers? (That would be the integrated People, Media, WebMail, Photo Uploader, Blog Editor, Feed Reader, and more.) Today, we’re making our second beta of Flock 2 available for everyone to enjoy, and you can take your browsing experience from great…to UN-BE-LIEVABLE for free.”
Flock 2 Beta (two) includes over 175 bug fixes, and incorporates Mozilla’s Firefox latest security and stability patch from their 3.0.1 release. Flock 2 Beta (two) is fast, even more stable and polished.
Now you can have the best of both worlds. Flock 2 includes all of the award-winning Flock features that people are raving about, PLUS all of the enhancements introduced by the latest FireFox 3 technology from Mozilla.
I prefer to wait until the finished product is ready, in a bid to avoid all the crashing and freezing which takes place with most beta software. Remember what they say about the pioneers being the ones with the arrows in their backs.
However, if you are one of the braves at heart, and want to participate in the adventure of trying out a beta software, you can go ahead and download Flock Beta (two) by clicking here. Good Luck!
