For many years Boeing's 747 a.k.a the Jumbo Jet, was the world's largest passenger airplane. I mean it was huge...really huge, mind you. When I saw the Jumbo Jet for the first time at Tocumen Airport, I couldn't believe my eyes. How can such a heavy aircraft take off the ground?

Now a new plane has displaced the Boeing 747. The name of the world's largest passenger aircraft is now the European Airbus A380.
